Homemade Cashew Milk

This dairy free drink is a perfect substitute for a fresh glass of regular milk! Not only is cashew milk dairy free, but it also satisfies a sweet tooth craving and is a great source of protein and healthy fats. Cashew milk is a delicious drink by itself, but also can be used in recipes or with a bowl of cereal.


Ingredients:

  • 2 pitted dates (or 3 for a sweeter taste)
  • 1/2 cup of raw cashews
  • 1 1/2 cups of cold water

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in any type of blender
2. Blend to liquid consistency
3. Top it off with ice!
